What is your favorite meal to fix for your sweetheart on [[Valentine%27s_Day|Valentine's Day]]?

I've found some awesome desserts and fancy sounding dishes tend to work quite well. Baked Alaska always goes over really well. Chicken Cordon Bleu's easy to make and delicious as well.

I am making my wife this for her special dinner. Prime Rib with au jus and Horseradish Sauce|horse radish sauce. With a side of sautéd onions.

Homemade Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes. And, Seasoned Snap Beans. Dessert: Creme Brulee|Creme Berlay After dinner beverage: Limoncello.

This year we are doing Italian Food|Italian. A nice big lasagna with salads and a glass of wine. Cheesecake for desert.

For my wife, it's all about the sushi. I'm not making my own (even though I did ask Mahalo how to do it :)), but after work last night I swung by and ordered up a variety of her favorite.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
